1.Is the first scan really free?

Yes. We walk your floor on smart glasses, rebuild it in 3D and send you a link to the model — at no cost and no obligation. It is how we earn the next step.

2.Will it shut down my floor?

No. The capture is a short walk with wearable glasses. There are no rigs or tripods in your aisles, and work carries on around us.

3.How long until I see my 3D model?

Usually within a few days of the walk. You get a web link that opens in any browser, with nothing to install.

4.What is live and what is on the roadmap?

Live today: 3D scanning, digital twins, AI ops and on-chain payments. On the roadmap: simulation, automation & robotics, and 3D mockups & print. Every service is tagged so you always know which is which.

5.Why should I trust a brand-new company?

We do not pretend to be old. There are no fake decades, no stock testimonials and no borrowed logos here. The proof is the free scan, the live demonstrations you can open right now, and a person you deal with directly.

6.Do I need to install any software?

No. Your scan and digital twin open in a normal web browser. The AI tools and control screen are hosted, so there is nothing to run on your own machines.

7.Who owns the scan and the data?

You do. It is your building and your twin. We do not lock your data away behind us.

8.Where are you based and how far do you travel?

We are in Yatala and Computer Road, South-East Queensland. We regularly cover Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Logan and Ipswich, and travel Australia-wide on request.

9.What does it cost after the free scan?

It depends on what you take on — a hosted twin first, then ops and automation as they pay for themselves. We quote your building directly. No fake bundles, no surprises.

10.How is this different from MERCURY OS?

MERCURY OS, the App Store and the 3D World are the wider platform. This factory site is the on-the-ground service: we scan your floor and build on it. They are linked but run separately, and you do not need the platform to get a scan.

11.What are smart glasses, exactly?

Wearable glasses with cameras that record as we walk. They replace the old way of scanning a building — tripods, laser scanners and a stop-work order — with a simple walk-through.

12.What is a digital twin in plain words?

A photo-accurate 3D copy of your building that you can open in a browser, measure, and share. It stays useful because a quick re-scan keeps it up to date.
