3D Mockups & Print
Design a part against your building's real measurements, 3D-print it, and hold it in your hand before you commit to tooling. No guessing, no expensive surprises on the floor.

What it is
3D mockups and print means making a real, physical sample of a part or fixture before you order the expensive version. Because it is designed against your digital twin, it is built to the measurements of your actual floor — not a hopeful guess.
How it works
- Design the part against your twin's real measurements.
- 3D-print a sample.
- Check the fit on-site — or in the twin.
- Only then commit to production tooling.
What you get
| Designed on the twin | Built to your real, measured geometry. |
|---|---|
| Printed sample | A part you can hold and test. |
| Fit-checked | Confirmed before you commit. |
| Path to production | From mockup to the real thing once it is right. |
Why it matters
Tooling is expensive and slow to change. A printed mockup that costs a little and takes a day can save a part that does not fit and a bill that does not bend.
