3D scanning for factories and warehouses
We walk your floor with smart glasses and turn it into a photoreal 3D copy of your building — one you can measure, share and build on. The first scan is free. There is nothing to install, and we do not shut your floor down to do it.

The first scan is free
Two minutes of walking your floor with smart glasses. We send back a 3D model of the building. No cost, no obligation. This is how we prove it is real before you spend anything.

1. What this is
A factory or warehouse is a building full of detail — machines, racking, clearances, services overhead. Most of that detail only lives in people's heads or in drawings that went out of date years ago. We fix that with a 3D scan.
The scan is captured by simply walking the floor wearing smart glasses. There is no tripod, no laser rig parked in the aisle, and no need to stop work. From that two-minute walk we rebuild your space as a photoreal, measurable 3D model — what the industry calls a digital twin. You open it in a normal web browser and move around inside it, like a video game of your own building.
Once that model exists, useful things become possible: accurate measurements without a tape, planning a new line before you move a single machine, showing a supplier the exact spot something has to fit, and — over time — simulation, automation and AI tools that all read from the same 3D copy.
2. See a real scan
This is not a render or an artist's impression. The window below is a real 3D capture, running live. Click and drag to look around.
That is roughly what we would hand you back after a free walk-through of your own floor.
3. What we do
One company, the whole chain — from the first scan to the tools that run on top of it. We are honest about what is available today and what is still being built. Each item is tagged LIVE (you can use it now) or OFFER (on the roadmap, built on what is already live).
Tap any service above for a plain-English explainer of what it is, how it works and what you get.
4. Why us
MERCURY is a new company, and we would rather say that plainly than dress it up. We have no decades to point to, so we point to proof instead:
| A free first scan | You see your own building in 3D before any money changes hands. |
|---|---|
| Live technology | The scanning, digital twins and AI tools are real and running — open the demonstration above and check. |
| We have worked the floor | This is built for how factories actually run, not how a brochure imagines they run. |
| Local and direct | Based in Yatala in South-East Queensland. You deal with the person who scans your floor, not a call centre. |
| You own it | The scan and the data are yours. We do not lock them away behind us. |
5. How it works
- Book the free scan. Call or email and we agree a time that suits your floor.
- The walk. We walk the floor wearing smart glasses — about two minutes for a typical bay, longer for a big site. Work carries on around us.
- The rebuild. We process the capture into a photoreal 3D model. This takes days, not weeks.
- You get the link. We send you a web link to your model. It opens in any browser, on any device, with nothing to install.
- Build on it. From there we can add measurements, layout plans, simulation, automation and AI tools — at your pace, only as they pay for themselves.
6. Common questions
Q.Is the first scan really free?
Yes. We walk your floor, rebuild it in 3D and send you the link at no cost and no obligation. It is how we earn the next step.
Q.Will it shut down my floor?
No. It is a short walk with wearable glasses. No rigs, no tripods, no stopping work.
Q.What is live and what is on the roadmap?
Live today: 3D scanning, digital twins, AI ops and on-chain payments. On the roadmap: simulation, automation & robotics, and 3D mockups & print. Every service is tagged so you always know.
